I stayed well away from that lot.
Gateshead was a very unusual mixture of abandonment, wasteland, industrial estates, great athletics facilities, modern buildings, extreme athletes doing the rat race 69 mile ultra marathon (guys were finishing this with head torches on after midnight), athletes competing at the sports track, hen nights, stag nights, bouncers, Nerg .....
Would be very hard to find a more eclectic mix really
