Fish Tales struggling to boot.

Fishy has become increasingly reluctant to boot, see video. So far it boots eventually but I can see it getting worse.
Once booted it plays fine. Problem is I can’t see anything in PinWiki that fits my LED pattern, i.e. 19 & 21 on, 20 off.
Any ideas folks?

Take off everything but the power connector to the cpu. Does the cpu boot?

If yes then something that is being attached to the cpu is causing issue. Maybe a bad ribbon cable.

If it still doesn’t boot, then likely you have low 5v at the cpu. Proceed as per random resets. Reseat power connectors on cpu, and power board etc.
