If i have managed to do this properly the link is to one in France in the ardennes region (boundary between france and Belgium) so not quite as far as Italy!

Nope... I emailed the seller 3 or 4 times with no reply

That would be awesome - I got no response which was gutting to say the least

Contacted him and he hasn't replied but he has removed the advert from the website which suggests that it isn't for sale anymore (it was still advertised yesterday morning)...
