Got tipped this yesterday by a good customer of mine!...
Has advised me to stick it in the freezer, as this single malt is distilled in the highest coldest distillery in Scotland! (Boy that’s gonna be cold). Apparently it brings out the flavour if it’s ice cold?...Time will tell.
(Yes @Moonraker and @Neil McRae i do drink malt as well as bourbon, Hope this meets with your approval........)

I use a little Xanthan Gum along with water to make that cheese.
Ended up using a 10pk of burger cheese, good amount of mat cheddar, bit of edam, tbl spoon of cream cheese & melted it all into hot milk over a bain marie. Added tumeric for that authentic E "color".. Was great

Not that I drink a lot but today I got my blood results and the doc rang to say my liver is funked up and have to go get it scanned along with further tests.
To make matters worse he said absolutely no Alcohol for the next 4 weeks when They intend taking another set of bloods to compare.
It’s day one and I’m not sure if it’s just forbidden
Fruit but I so needed a beer tonite.
