Can't help you on the slings but the only place that you can get the proto slings is Best of Pinball (Karsten's site) in Germany, and not a bad price either.

I did check Best of Pinball but they are showing as out of stock sadly.

Just in case anyone else is after these parts, I've just ordered them both from pinballcenter. They must have only just come into stock as I did check there before making my original post.
Anyway, happy days.
