Continuity points on switch

Pretty 100% this is crackered as getting no continuity across any lugs with switch depressed but out of interest where should I get continuity on this when switch is depressed?

I need three switches actually so might need to put an order in lol - I need a lane switch, drop bank switch and this one now...

there should be contact between 'Com'(mon) and N.O. without the actuator depressed, changing to Com and N.C. when it is
