Colour DMD Opinions Sought

I have been looking at the options (LCD vs LED) for my BSD, they look fairly good but does anyone here actually have one and would rate it?
Also where do you get the clear plexi from as mine is red by default which would ruin the look.

I read through the posts on this forum and I have just ordered an LCD.
ColourDMD is regarded as the BEST by most on here, the LED or LCD debate is personal choice.
Your Dracula will look amazing with this upgrade !

@mark adams I know with Gottlieb machines that have the red gel over the DMD that there is a way to remove it, might be rubbing alcohol and magic eraser (I think) might be worth researching before you ruin the display panel though!

You probably need to buy one of these and then remove red film as described.

I have the panel from pinball center in my BSD, a lot cheaper but unfortunately out of stock at the minute, but worth sending an email see when they’re getting them back in.

Opinions on here for LCD vs LED are split about 80/20 in LCD’s favour. LCD with dots XL mode is my preference.

I fitted a LCD in my BSD, and got a new speaker panel plastic from the ebay link above, the new plastic came with a red filter foil supplied but not fitted.

It looks amazing.

Do it!

those rip off speaker panels from pinball center are proper **** mine went straight from the box straight in the bin
