I doubt these were ever an asset of heighway pinball so as such not subject to the insolvency.

However, my gut feeling is they are probably utterly ****ed. Andy knew his way round repairs (or at least gave the impression he did). If he knows they could be flogged on for far more in a working condition then it would stand to reason he would have repaired them if it was viable to have done so
