I’m just finishing off putting my TZ back together and stupidly wired up the lower left flipper wrong! Turning the game on blew F902 on the fliptronics board.

Once I’d realised my mistake I rewired the coil and retested but still blew the fuse so I assume I’ve killed the transistors. So far I’ve replaced the TIP102 for the hold and have a TIP36 on order for the power. Do I need to replace the diodes on the coil (it’s a brand new coil) and is there anything else I need to worry about?

Yep, it's never worth skipping diodes replacement. If they die, they kill transistors. They're too cheap to not have a roll of them on hand, and to just replace them whenever you know they've potentially been destroyed.
