Ball stuck flintstones

Hi all, I don’t know much about pinball, just play them.
have a 94 flintstones machine and ball stuck.
many ideas where it could be or how to resolve

Does it say "Pinball Missing" on the display when you hit start?

Try looking in Dino the dinosaur. Anywhere else that you can't see I'd expect to be found on the ball search.

I think there’s a issue as it keeps happening.
there’s also a ball in the very top right corner behind the start rail, I can’t get that out

That's it then. Just leave it there until you have the machine next serviced. Pop another one in to make total 4 balls in the trough.

would something like this help you get the ball out?

or if you remove the lockdown bar then the glass that will let you lift the playfield up at the front and hopefully make the ball roll to another location that will then feed down to the flippers once put back down.

Yes mate behind there. There are another 3 balls behind the plastic that is a arrow or rocket to the left of the dinosaur. Ive got these balls out and played and they still get stuck so there must be a issue aswell as the one behind the plastic. What you think

Can you take a picture of the playfield in that area. I can honestly say that I have never had a stuck ball in either of those areas.

Bottom one Blurry but the balls are behind the dinosaur bit to the left of it
