I didn't have time for this mod for 2 years, but before three days my original membrane begin to not see all the ball on it or it fix by itself. So looks like it begin to fail.
I have one spare 8-ball metal part and I keep it for this exactly one day.
So one day work and it's ready if the original total fail to be replace.

Drill holes with 6mm diameter, clean very well the glue from the original membrane.Put very soft and precision switches Omron d2mv-01-1c1.Had them form some German import arcade cabinets.Used some glue gun to position the switches and after that for more stable use two component glue. And it's ready. The ball go trough every switches without problems and very smooth. These switches are great.
Only need to be remove the plastic under that mechanism or to be cut a little from the middle.
