Kaneda discusses this on his latest podcast with the artist. He said it’s just a concept at the moment but wouldn’t rule it out. The art is also the same as the TPF advertising poster which he also designed

I wonder if they only told him part of the story?
Would they bring an empty box after the JPOP fiasco?
It clearly lights up and the screen works.
