Sanding down my Addams cabinet for re decal. The bottom edge (highlighted in yellow on pic) is slightly round off. Should I use filler / Bondo to square off this edge or just paint black and cut the decal a little short.

what epoxy product do you use @ChrisFormela please?
Any epoxy resin with hardener will do. Plenty on ebay etc. Obviously I'm talking about proper epoxy which you buy per kg or litre not the small dual tube, gorilla glue/stuff.
Just look for floor, cast or boat repair epoxy resin.
Makes no difference what make as it is the same substance (some of them are more or less pure and got anti UV add-ons which are not important in this case).

I add thickening powder or fibres on bigger spots to reinforce but it's not really necessary.

Don't forget to wax the mould profile or add non sticky tape or paper between ;)
