£2 coin in SR3 mech in modern Stern

Hi,

Looking for some advice on a coin mechanism i have just put into a modern Stern. It's an SR3 mech.

All works fine except for £2 coins. These go through the mech and into the machine but do not register any credits.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply Phil. Not sure what channel 6 is, I've attached the mech and turned freeplay off. It's the first time i have used a coin mech so am very much at the complete novice level.

send a photo of the side of the mech, where it says the coins.

I have had a look and can confirm channel 6 is £2 on the sticker

Put into switch test. Put £2 in.

Nothing on the £2. Get a ping when i put a £1 in "input 7 ground 3"

The issue will be the spacer in the coin accept/reject guide. Take the mech out and remove the spacer blocking passage of a £2 coin, no more jams!

The £2 coins are going through into the coin tray inside the machine, just not registering or activating a switch.
