WOZ sound issue after 2.0 light kit install.

Hi guys

I think I must have dislodged a cable or something but is there anyone who can confirm if the below 3.5mm jack plug should be fully inserted to the base?

I am suddenly getting some funky sounds from WOZ including intermittent sub woofer and call out volume levels.

I am pretty confident that this jack should be fully inserted but I can't get it to go all the way in.

If anyone would mind checking on their WOZ or know off the top of their head?

OK sort of answered my own question the connector was removed and swapped all is fine now thanks anyway.
