Time to sell my World Cup Soccer '94 to make way for another table.
Bought 6 months ago from another forum member who did the following work:
Shopped, playfield stripped cleaned and polished, ramps cleaned and polished
Coils, switch and Opto replaced where necessary
Plays with no errors
LED'd *I've added different LED's to brighten it up a bit - Premium2 and some other non-ghosting and regular
LED light strip at the back
New white rubbers
New flippers and superbands (purple)
New purple star posts.
New post rubbers in a red and purple combo
Cabinet untouched with the normal bumps and scratches
Legs good
Speaker upgrade
New soccer ball, new decals and plastics where needed
Notable bad points:
A ding here and there to the cabinet
1 rusty foot/thread which I struggled to remove. Should be easy to replace with the right tools if it bothers you. The other 3 feet were new when I got it.
DMD has slight burn out in the bottom right corner. Not noticeable for most animations and when playing, and never bothered me.
If it has a knocker it is very quiet!
Currently has a battery extender in it which I will be taking out and will put batteries in the normal holder.
Looks and plays awesome. Very fun game but only got room for 2 now.
Just looking to get back what I paid for it, £1̶6̶0̶0̶. Now £1500.
