Williams system 3-7 test eproms

Starting to sort through a few old CPUs, and I have (what I think) is the original Williams test eprom.

I've read about Andre's and Leon's rom, and this seems to behave differently.

On startup, the display flashes 0 and goes out, then goes through numbers 1-9 and flashes 0 again and goes off. I think the board is working fine, as by removing the 5101 gave me a solid "9" on the display.

Does anyone have a link to how the rom operates, as I can't find any info.....

Leon Borre's site has been resurrected, perhaps the info is on there ? There is definitely some coverage of Williams test EPROMs.

Thanks Andrew - but I think I have the original Williams test rom, and Leon's site only covers his rom.....
