Hi looking for some tech help
my flash boots but wont come out of diagnostics although the 5101 ram and its socket are good (i have meterd all the traces with a dmm) the batteries are new, there is 4.7v at tp7 and the blocking diode has been replaced. all the address and data lines on the 5101 are pulsing but pins 19 (ce1 an output from ic11) and pin 20 (R/W) are high and not pulsing. also test point 3 is reading low on logic probe (memory protect interlock open) is this correct as there is no front door switch on my game? can anyone help/point me in the right direction for the next step..
