Hi I'm selling my roadshow after extensive renovation. The machine is in great condition and has had lots of mods which I did during the restore.

I'm based in Ipswich Suffolk.

The good bits

The cabinet looks great and any damage has been filled painted and custom decals have been tastefully added to Enhance the theme.

Inside the cabinet has been stripped painted and sound deadened. When you open it up to look inside it's looks a show piece

All legs and hinges have been custom painted signal yellow

The coin door has been also painted signal yellow with a polished metal door frame with original roadshow decals installedi. It homes a euros coin door

The apron which was suffering from paint flake has been stripped and re painted signal yellow with original decals reinstalled

New yellow buttons fitted

Lock down bar mirror polished

Lock down mechanism mirror polished

LEDs installed throughout the upper and lower play field

Start city cliffy installed

Play field was completely stripped and treasure cove polished has a glass look finish and plays super fast and smooth

All plastics and toys stripped and polished

Every component has been removed and cleaned including all boards and inserts

Replaced any weak solenoid including heads

Every loom has been cleaned and sparkles so no black hands during maintenance

Spare decals included

New leg bolts and feet

All game features work

Polished hinge rivets

New rubbers throughout

Bad bits...

The machine had a small bit of wear from the start city kick out which has been filled and reprinted and now is not noticeable, not worth mentioning but I want to give a honest report on the pin

Reds eyes don't close they open wide and move but it makes no change to game play all other features on both heads work perfectly

End of stroke switch error but again makes no difference to game play not sure why it's even an error

All faults easily fixed but I've run out of time. Over 50 hours were spent on this machine which I planned to keep forever howere my girlfriend is leaving home and I need to buy her out. So trying to raise cash hence the low price I'm asking for this machine with the led conversion included.

I'm also probably having to move on my Simpsons pinball party for the same reason but I will hold on to that until the last minute.

I'm asking £1300 for a quick sale please email me pilotwallis@yahoo.co.uk or call 07525729568 if you want a chat or pictures

It really looks great works great and plays great it will be sorely missed

All the best simon wallis

Hi Simon,

Just wondering, the spare decals that you mentioned, are they cabinet decals and back box decals?

Cheers, Craig

No sorry I could not afford those I have spare apron and decals for the helmets

Extensive renovation, yet has "bad bits"

I'm a little lost.. It's either been renovated or it hasn't.

Sorry multiballs, I spent over 50 hours on the machine and turned into something really nice I'm not a business or professional just a labour of love, from where it came from to where it is now I would call it extensive renovation and have not claimed it to be a 100% refurb... Hopefully your not so lost now, I take it multiballs you like to flex your Internet muscles and spend time criticizing my advert, that's very noble and respectable.

However the road show has now been sold so thank you all for your interest.

Hope you got some pictures for me.....

All that effort and now its gone , these women don't know the hassle they cause.

Someone got a bargain....hats off for all the work you put into it....I would have had it had I seen the post earlier, let me know if you are parting with anything else.

It's pretty self explanatory from the description tbf.

I haven't been here much for a couple of months but you seem to be trolling a fair bit for a new starter!
