With a heavy heart.
Imported about 4 years ago from the USA. Took a year to get here!

Every one in this hobby knows Hyperball right.

Good condition for age.
Comet LEDs throughout to keep the elecy down.
Red Cliffy post rubbers.
Sound proofing to reduce ball noise in the collector tray.
NRAM
New Capacitor thing to replace something I can't remember.
Manual and schematics.
NOS fan assembly to keep the cannon shooter with airflow. Not so much a worry now without incandescent lamps throwing heat out.

Main play field display has a few digits out. LED replacement is available from Europe.

Martin due soon.
Located in Basingstoke if you want to collect straight out of the garage.

£1500

And the after-effects gave us Defender, Centaur II and Eight Ball Deluxe L/E, the latter two from Bally's copy of it, Rapid Fire.

Looking at the pictures, I see an additional original-equipment circuit board below the main power supply board. That may well have turned up later on, as the '50V Flipper Power' board in late L7, System 9 and early System 11 games with, surprisingly enough, 50V flipper coils. I'd not seen one fully populated before, only the ones in High Speed, Road Kings, etc, with the outlines for unused components, prominent among them that for a large heat sink.

Update - that is the case re. the extra circuit board. Its description for Hyperball was Power Switching Board C-8938, with the bare pcb listed as p/No. 5768-09725-00. Most of the later pins don't give much de**il about it as '50v Flipper Power Board' C-9939, but the first use, Firepower II, does list a Bill of Material, with the same number for the pcb. Another case of leftover components from Hyperball appearing in a different guise.

Don't forget the Machine Snail, that is Time Fantasy.

It's hilarious how many games exists in hyperball/rapid fire cabinets (I've got a few of them)

I've played hyperball in a few different places, but I never quite got the objectives. Rapid Fire makes more sense, it's basically just the Space Invaders videogame with balls
