Definitely a players Diner but we’ve been happy with it for the most part.
Its condition does slow it down but with new balls and some good wax it plays fast and we’ve had no issues playing it.
Could be really improved if someone has the time / knowledge to remove the old mylar and flatten a few inserts but by no means essential.

THE GOOD:

- No faults on startup
- 2 brand new ramps
- Clock working strong
- Flippers rebuilt / replaced
- Complete LED playfield with selective colour matching
- Full LED translite with a couple incandescent street lamps
- All boards recently swapped and look good with no hacks
- Display bright with no warm up time

THE BAD:

- One old ramp still remains, is a little warped
- Some of the smaller inserts slightly raised
- Bubbling one some of the older mylar

THE UGLY:

- Only one side of cab has original art, others recreated by Leonardo daVinci (best guess)
- Backbox has no lock, translite held with screws instead (never bothered us)
- Few plastics slightly cracked / chipped

did you have it for sale on ebay a while back?

Perhaps you saw the original listing, it was bought after contacting an ebay seller who had no interest in cleaning or fixing the thing.

It's come a long way but not perfect yet.

I hate ebay and the 10% fees is a joke considering their support / aftercare is non-existent . Donation to forum if it sells here, for sure!

Id deffo be tempted if someone hadnt pointed out the fleabay roadshow...

Course I know what will happen - Roadshow will go daft.... and then this will be gone.
Doh

Did you both get the CPR playfields?

Yeah we did. I missed out on the preorder cutoff, but happened to check the website on the day they made available their last bronze, so nabbed that. Andy got a silver I think. Really impressed with the quality, even with the bronze you have to look really closely to see what amounts to a few minor imperfections.

Wont get a chance to work on it for a while though. Creech has been a major project and I'm probably only half way through. Fun stuff, but demanding!

Ok guys, in the spirit of pinfest I'm dropping this to 1100 flat.

While she could do with some love she's begging to be played and it's sad seeing her up on end.

Get it while it's hot!

I'd be all over this like a rash if the timing wasn't so bad[emoji52]

Last call before I set this back up next to the others and simply deal with the wrath of having too many pinballs
