I currently have a wanted ad for a fish tales, but why im waiting for one to come up for sale i thought id see what else is available ready to go for collection in the next week or so.
Want something thats fully working and in great condition. Something family friendly and fun to play to get the other half and 12 year old daughter hooked ;) Had a flintstones before, and the missus loved it. I know she would like to play that again. My 12 year old is new to pinball being around 2-3 when we sold our last machine.
My budget is around the 2k mark, obviously give or take a bit depending on the game.
Closer the better to Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire, but will travel for the right game :)

I'm watching this with interest As well, and would be interested in what is available around the same price.

The only difference is I check the page around 30 times an hour!!!

currently there are these for sale in your bracket:
DH, BOP, JM x 2, PM, SST, WPT, GE, HS2, FH, WCS, DM - all in the 1600-2400 area.
you're spoilt for choice.

any of those you've never played and would like pointers? WCS is the most fun, GE is a hidden gem, HS2 is a winner in everyone's book, JM is fast, DM has the funny handles .... they're all different and unique in their own way

I have had a look at all of those ads. Sure you can appreciate some themes the girls really wouldnt enjoy, hs2 is sold, some need work etc im not confident doing myself.
Sorry if im being too fussy but she wont let me stick any old game in the didning room ;)

Yeh, no point getting one you and your family are not completely happy with. The right one will come along.
 
How about Stern's 24? I would let that go for not much over 2k. Send me a PM if interested?

Nothing was said about the flippers until i mentioned them being a tad smaller. Now its a regular excuse already :)
 
Good to hear you got the one you wanted, I don't find it too hard after a bit of play.
