I remember struggling last time i tore a playfield down, and having same issue again. 6mm spanner is too small, 7mm spanner is too big. I can't find anyone selling a 6.5mm, which i suspect would be ideal

Am i missing a trick here?

lol, doh! In my defence, last time I had this issue it was in an area that my adjustable spanner wouldnt reach. Can't remember how I got there in the end.

Ah well

Cheers. Nut spanners I have, but they don't fit over star posts with 'sticky up bits' like this odd one.

Adjustable spanner got this one, but like I say, last time I struggled as I couldnt get a thick spanner to it. I remember searching for a 6.5mm spanner, but really I guess I should have just search for 1/4" spanner, like this one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Draper-8464...A23E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1347134251&sr=8-1

I guess I'm having a bit of a dim day today

The af nut drivers from Pinball heaven. And I also have spanners which fit. Funny though as so many pins I've owned have almost rounded off heads where I'll fitting spanners/pliers have been used:-)
