What to check for weak flippers and flipper buzz/hum

Very new to this, got my first pin sunday and after a good few hours on it ive noticed a few things 1: both flippers after 20mins of play (ish) hum/buzz when held this does not happen on the first few games. 2nd the right flipper is weaker than the left, i can back hand the left ramp easily yet it barely makes it up there from the right. Same goes for orbits if i shoot the right orbit from the left flipper the ball has no issues making the whole orbit at speed but if i shoot the left orbit from the right flipper it will rarely make it all the way and when it does it just trickles out the end.
so questions, what causes the buzzing on the flippers? do i need new coils and is it worth just swapping everything out due to it not being very expenisve and 2: what can cause the flipper to be weaker? eos switch need adjusting? dirty coil sleeves? any help is or tips are both great :)

it helps to know what game as different games have different flipper technologies?

But generally flippers need rebuilding from time to time as moving parts wear out. you can buy flipper rebuild kits with everything you need.

i ment to add that in the post and must have skipped it lol its 24 by stern.

take the coil stops off and look at them. they can wear out fast on modern sterns. poor kwality ones straight from the factory.

Also check there’s a spring washer between the coil & the coil stop, this can minimise the buzzing (if the washers missing)
I have two Sam system games and sometimes the flippers buzz slightly when held - I read about it ages ago and I think it’s common due to how the coils work (depending on how loud & often though I guess)

Going to give the playfield a good clean up tomorrow so will lift it and check them out before doing it. Thanks for the tips :)

rebuilt it today, stop was all flattened and mushrooming out the sides, the sleeve was thick black and cracked around the edges and the white rubber link (dont know the name) was slightly split. easier to change than i thought but the tiny springs with big hands that dont have much feeling in were not easy! flipper is so much stronger now, no problem hitting a full loop or the left ramp with plenty of speed and i can even back hand the left ramp which before was completly impossible. Thanks for the tips and info guys :)
