Well... this has been going on for a while so here we go. I’ll update as best I can.
She arrived at the very beginning of lockdown, was out through a 3 day quarantine before I could get in and have a look over it.

it’s a classic project, just absolute filth throughougu

I wanted to do my best restore to date on this, so I started with the cabinet which looked a little crappy. it was taken out into the garden and given a once over. All of the cabinet hardware taken off and repainted black too.

The cabinet furniture was taken out also and repainted black before refitting. The cabinet art isn’t A1, but it’s better than some I’ve had. That’s a bridge too far on this one.

The Playfield went back in at this point simply to allow me to work on the game. I left the head off and put a brace against the wall. It allows it to lean back a little further just to get to those hard to reach bottom bits.
Stripping back the playfield it was in pretty good condition. But filthy. The scoop kickouts which will be getting fitt

Here the cleanup continues and the scoops have been filled in preparation (H)

All the mechs were taken out and cleaned up as needed. Especially those that have optos which have all been cleaned.

Flippers have both been rebuilt too.

The goalkeeper was just knackered and falling apart. When taken out. It fell apart worse than a Liverpool keeper in a champions league final (hey @Wayne J hey
)

Off to @Colywobbles to see what he can construct, these get a battering... so it can’t be standard plastics. The sub is ready to come one though.

Both flipper bats on this had been hammered or were just unlucky. Old ones thrown out. Replacements on hand.

another mech rebuild - the skill shot. 90 minutes this took.

Backbox which is in the pinshed still had some LED treatment and a cleanup.

Full LED (Comets) fitted and some more wax on the playfield. New rubbers (matron) being added.
