If it's the original PC and software I doubt you can add games to it, and the technology will be very old by today's standards. Realistically you'd want to bring it up to modern standards with a new PC, software and maybe a new screen to get the best out of it.

Thank you buddy for taking your time to send and reply , I did see this myself snd I did tbink about it but I thought it be too much hard work for what I wanted , I was thinking bout 4k atgames but ive read so many bad things its put me off , hopefully 1 pops up soon with all the tables already on it that would do me just to get me fingers wet and deside if I wanna go all out and buy a real machine, but for now a virtual 1 will do the job , thanks again buddy very kind of ya ✌️

No problem at all. I owned an upgraded Ultrapin, and then traded that for a full size cabinet with 4k monitor. In hindsight I would have probably kept the Ultrapin as I liked the size of it - big enough to feel like you're playing 'real' pinball, but small enough so it didn't take up too much room in my limited space.
