Vehicle hire for UKPinfest 2025

Haven't booked my luton yet but Enterprise have a cracking rate for a weeks hire. I requested Wednesday 5pm pickup and 8am Tuesday drop off.



The company I've used for the last 3 years were coming in at £780 !!

Be sure to check the quality of the enterprise vans we had someone come to the warehouse this week to drop a machine off and all the side rails had been ripped out and enterprise let it get rented like that

Most rental vans have that issue!

Need to specify it's a critical requirement when booking, and then remind them the week before, and maybe again the day before. and then there is maybe a chance you can influence which of the available vans you get allocated

When loading your van, make sure you pack it as efficiently as possible to get as many machines in.

At least they wrapped the RFM in a bit of clingfilm to protect it.
