tz help

ive got a tz just put new rubbers on it and cleaned it fitted leds to looks mint

what i have notiched tho and its doing my head in is when the ball is hit or deflects of any rubbers the ball will go where ever it wants like it has loads of spin on it is this normal ?

Is the playfield new / clear coated (not factory done?)

its the same playfield what was in it when i brought it its at a point now where its un playable carnt get a slot or piano and its a drain monster

Was the pf very dirty before you cleaned it and were the old rubbers dry and cracked? Sounds to me like the machine was playing slow before and in cleaning it up you've got it playing how it's supposed to.

White or Black rubbers ? If white then black rubbers might be a bit better as there is not as much rebound from the black rubber.

white rubbers im in cheshire the playfield wasnt that dirty rubbers were very dirty and worn it just doesnt seem right ive had it 3 months now and aint happy with it even when the ramp divertor fires the playfield moves

Playfield moves ?!? How much :confused1:

The divertor does activate with some force, and I think does vibrate the playfield a little as it does so.

Sounds like you should get a TZ expert to give yr game the once over. It could just be that perhaps it isn't the game for you - does happen, a game and player just dont click.

i used to get loads of lost in the zones but none now

ive just adjusted the back legs so it dropps the back down a bit seems a little better the sprit level shows the tip of the bubble inbetween the first and 2nd line does this sound right

I wouldn't worry about that, i think mine plays ok and i have not got lost in the zone yet, i think it is more of how i play rather than how the table plays.
It is a frustrating beast, if you just hit the ball, even if you think you are going for a ramp or a hole, 9 out of 10 times you will just hit a post and get nothing except maybe a drain.
What is even stranger is you can hit the clock target with every flip, until you get on a clock mode then you only hit the ramps etc and miss the clock every time!
The ball will drain down the outlanes, especially from the left, until you light the outlanes, then you will only get a centre drain!!
it's as if you've entered the teilight zone!
Tell me again why i love this pin?
