TWD: Crossbow eject solenoid… missing a spring?

The crossbow is intermittently (well more like 80% of the time) weak. It looks to me like it is missing a spring or something that makes the plastic firing pin retract when not firing?

Can you tell from this picture?

When pic was taken it’s in attract mode with glass removed and I have manually moved the arm with my hand. Thanks

Walking Dead Crossbow Issue

Sometimes the crossbow doesn’t launch properly, it doesn’t cock back and fire full power. Is this an issue with my machine or do I need to do something first before loading the crossbow to make it fire properly? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
