So far I've done this, put the foam gasket in and the clear screen on. So how does the DMD go in? I have these, see 2nd pic, I've never been the most practical but how does the DMD go on? You can't screw into metal.

TWD colour LCD DMD

I have LED on mine but the clear screen goes first and the gasket goes between the clear screen and the LCD screen.
Not sure on this but think the clear screen is held down by the female/female hex's then put the LCD on top of the hex's and hold the LCD down with the male/female hex's.
I'm sure someone else will correct me if I'm wrong!

I think you are right, let me swap the foam and the screen around. Thought I had it but I've turned it in and there is no display at all.
I had the ribbon cable in wrong. Thanks everyone for your help.
