Yep and small print means seller always liable if it breaks . Couriers cover themselves

Hello, I recently bought a glass from Coos in the Netherlands. When I receive it, could I send you the empty packaging? Then you have the option of sending the Tropic Isle glass to me.Another option would be to place the glass between two plywood sheets and pack it in cardboard.
 
I pack the nos grand prix glass in bubble wrap then 10cm thick polystyrene with 30cm edges and then in a 50 inch TV box

Australia customs opened box to check contents then just bunged it back in box unprotected

Arrived in Perth smashed to peices

Buyer got full refund

I lost £97 postage

Got negative feedback on eBay stating it wasn't properly packed

Never again
