I think you can get them for slightly under £7k if you're willing to buy from Europe and ship it over - I bought mine from Germany a few years ago and it cost me around £5k ish + delivery, although I'm sure you'd be looking at more than that now. Great game though - mine will never leave.
I agree, if I could only keep one machine it would have to be Tron. It's by no means perfect, it has it's flaws, photoshopped playfield artwork is a bit poor, and shallow rules, but the intensely fast gameplay, sound and light show more than make up for them.
Decided not to make the leap to an LE though, spent so much on my pro, and I'm blissfully ignorant of Daft Punk multiball so don't miss that much, and I guess I can live without a moving recogniser!

Same here, and I'm not a fan of the blinky LEDs, much prefer the smoothed LEDOCD'd option in a pro.
sold both mine for £7500 each both with lots of mods
If you are a collector, go with it. If not, the pro with mods is the better choice imo
