Transistor needed ASAP!

A need a transistor before the weekend.
Its a STO 20N10L but none of the pinball sites seem to have them.

but i'd be 20e for 2!!!!

Cant seem to find them on RS
Any ideas?

I think RS might have a slightly better 20N12L IIRC...

I've got some IRL540N which are a direct replacement, it's what most of the pin sites recommend instead. £1.50 including postage or £2 for two if you're interested.
