my treasure chest on my TOTAN has stopped working iv noticed the diode is heavily corroded. Is this the cause? i suspect it is. If so where can I get one from it says 10 v 220.

That thing bottom right of the photo? That’s a small capacitor!

The “10v 220” is probably 10v 220uf, but you should absolutely double check that.

Try RS for caps.

My guess would be that wee cap has puked out it’s contents which is the corrosion you are seeing

Thanks guys, yes that would make sense, in which case do you think I just need to get a new capacitor?
