No topper. A solenoid not firing or something also.

EDIT - blinders not working but are present apparently, some chipped plastics, on closer inspection cab seems to have some knocks/damage - especially to front and what looks like large hole (?!?) on the 'O' of Tommy on right hand side. You can also see where the German market sticker has been removed form the 'On Broadway' writing and removed a little paint.

I'm not sure this is quite as good condition as the seller thinks.
