Tilt Birmingham alternatives?

Sorry to be a bit off topic, I've booked my car in for service in Birmingham on Tuesday next week, a mere 172 miles each way, as I normally make a pilgrimage to Tilt. It looks like that's not going to be possible this time.. I've looked on pinball map - there's a couple of alternatives but not many games - any personal recommendations appreciated (pinball/retro gaming/anything but shopping)- ideally quiet, welcoming, coffee rather beer, any suggestions?
