Up for sale is my Getaway bought from a member here about three years ago.
Condition wise it is a players machine.
Good bits:
Plays as it should
Supercharger works fine
No errors on startup
DMD is good - bright, no missing lines
Manual
The rear ramp has been fixed, new spring metal on ramp, works fine
For transparency, the not so good bits:
Wear around the "ride again" insert
Broken left slingshot plastic
Left flipper probably needs looking at as over time it becomes a little weak (probably binding but I cannot be ****d to sort it out)
Supercharger needs tidying up as some silver paint has chipped off
Chip off the Supercharger plastic
Some rubbers need changing
Playfield glass is a bit scratched
Usual cabinet condition - not brilliant, but sound.
The pictures look like there is a big scratch through the redline insert. It hasn't, it's the glass.
With all that in mind, a nice low price for a popular DMD machine. £1,600. No rush to sell, so if it doesn't go here, it's off to Fleabay.
(If anyone is interested in my restored DE Time Machine, let me know. Don't have a price for it yet)
