TAF bookcase

Just had a text off my dad to say the bookcase has dropped on one side and appears to be 'loose and rattly'

I can't get round for a couple of days to have a look. Any guesses as to what may be the issue?

Possible the spacer (rectangle slotted washer thingy thing) has vibrated out ?
This spacer makes the bookcase level with the playfield !!

The bookcase base is broken around the fixing point.

I've managed to get round for a look. The middle blue plastic bit is just sitting in the round metal but underneath? Should there be some type of threaded screw keeping them together?

Looks like items numbers 11 & 41 are in the bottom of the cab them !

Look for the long shaft in the cabinet.

I think the shaft is in there it's just no longer attached to the bookcase base. Take the top off the book case to find the screw.
