T3 problem

Bit of a long shot I know but here's a short vid of a T3 having issues. The machines owned by a bloke whos pins I look after, he's clueless on pin maintenance, Problem is it's in Spain!
Anyone care to take an educated guess as to the problem?

Yep, the game is blanking. This is what whitestar Stern's do when the don't boot up for whatever reason.

It could be something simple like blown fuse or reseating connector but more likely to be caused by leaking batteries...

More often than not the fault you are describing on white Star is the PAL chip
Think it's U213 off the top of my head next to the game rom on the cpu board
Had this fault on a RBION recently
