T2 plastic help

On the right hand side of T2 playfield in front of the cannon is a large plastic with 3 more smaller plastics on top with black plastic posts in between. The top one has a red plastic mini post attached with a mini post rubber.
Does this top plastic sit at an angle due to the black posts being different lengths. Can’t find any close up pics. Ken
