System 11B language change

I'm restoring a French Jokerz at the moment which I would like to convert to English (I failed French in school) I'm a total noob with system 11 games as this I my first but I'm lead to believe that you need I change the game Roms to change the language settings on 11Bs. If this is the case would anybody on here be able to burn some Roms for me?

yes, you have to change the eproms.
I guess that someone in the uk can burn these roms for you, if not let me know
