Swapping gi foR LED

I’m awesome at pinball maintenance! So how the hell do you grab and twist? Do you use a special tool? Some are really fiddly

They look like bayenet fittings, the bulb should just push and twist out from the top, although they might be under ramps or playfield bits, making them impossible to get out without removing stuff from the playfield

laser 7270 bulb extraction pliers / ebay, or if you must line bezos’s pockets, amazon
That's useful, I did wonder how you were supposed to change some without the hassle of dismantling everything.

I’ve done a few with a big blob of blue tac, press in and turn and blue tac sticks to bulb installation is reverse

Bally electro-mechanical games often had lamps under the top arch of the playfield, with coloured sleeves fitted. Usually red or green. A bulb removal tool consisted of a wooden dowel with one of these sleeves fitted tightly to it, tighter than it fitted to a bulb. Handy for lamps in a back-box insert board, which at the time were often recessed into tiny spaces, e.g for match number or ball in play indication.
