Reason for sale is having young children around gives me high blood pressure. Don't want to lock them out my office. Enjoyed my time with it though.

HUO.

Second owner, 197 plays. Stored in heated homes only. Manufacturer December 16 2020.

Condition is as new with no signs of damage or visible wear to the playfield. Cabinet art is mint minus annoying NIB creasing/miniature tears near the flippers (see pictures) so could benefit from bodyarmor/protectors to be as good as new. Small cosmetic tear on added sideblade art (custom mod and not OG). Again, remove or add mirror blades and machine is like new.

Mods include:

Deathstar shooter Rod
Sideblade Art
Falcon (lights up)
X wing
Blue Trim (Vs Red)

Comes with all original documentation, provided spare parts, any replaced parts (due to modding), an Empire Strikes Back movie poster and a giant ATAT toy with 2 snow speeders I never turned into a topper.

Will be wrapped and well protected for shipping.

Can provide video and more images on request. Martins knows where I am. Located 30 minutes from Manchester.

£6000

The 'Special' feature on a Data East is that it self destructs a random, disproportionately hard to diagnose component.

Sounds like a common misconception or you had a bad experience?

No issues with my JP in 3 years except general maintenance. If a games looked after it's looked after.

Yeah and I like that the pf is so open it's easy follow the ball.. Too many modern games fill the PF up and make it hard to see where the ball is coming from.. Solid shots, easy to understand, good theme and can be as deep as you want it to be. Solid shooter for sure 👍

I was tempted as me and the family love Star Wars but so many reviews talk about how hard the game is and it put me off.

My one played fast. Lovely game and I do miss it. The screen call outs and features makes it a movie faithful game.

Making a game hard or easy can be changed in the settings. I have two regulars at SWL who absolutely love this game (even in hard mode and LE version with the even harder Death Star ramp) and are loving the challenge of trying to break the 1B score mark.

I wouldn't believe the hype. SW is unique for being the most punishing game in someone's first 10 games.

It's difficulty is loaded entirely in the onboarding and it has a unique learning curve. After you've made peace with the machine, it's a controllable game tempered with fast gameplay. It's definitely not a game where your heart drops when you hit the slings or lose control. I'd totally forgotten it was known to be hard. It certainly isn't an aggressive Iron Man or something where you need to beat it to death to keep the ball in play/when you've lost control. It requires light nudging.

It's unassuming and the shot selection/theme baits the uninitiated into playing much faster than they can handle.

I wouldn't recommend the machine to very casual or infrequent players, but if you can spend time with it, I wouldn't believe the hype of it's difficulty. It's just fast and will get faster if you casually bash at it.

It is a great game.. especially on a good game but honestly at-least with my LE the outlanes are ridiculously hungry. There’s a good chance it will fly down those as a result of most missed shots, making most games very short and unsatisfactory, almost presenting itself as pro players game…

It became frustrating enough that I finally moved the outlane bumper posts down one to the easiest setting and tbh has made it way more enjoyable standing a chance of nudging to save the ball and ofc the ball bouncing off it where most times on a missed shot it would just fly down it cleanly with no chance of doing anything. It’s still tough but more fairly.

Once tuned to your liking it’s the ultimate Star Wars game 100%

In my defense, it arrived to me in easy mode on the outlanes. It should be considered its default lol.

The gameplay is hard to get your head around if you don't know the rules. Lots of bleeping and flashing and you're not really sure what you're supposed to be hitting. But if you take the time to learn them it's a very rewarding game.

This video that Gonzo did with Craig is very helpful for learning a few tips:

First time you cash in on those multiplier it makes a whole lot of sense.
