STTNG - Plastic Location - fitting help

Ooops! posted the photos, not the question, doh!
Can anyone post a photo showing the small plastic properly installed? When I acquired the machine the remnant was attached via the one stand up/screw shown, but as you can see the plastic has four holes, I'm sure they are not there for show.

Thanks Chris, I thought it might be something like this.
Got the other pic via Pinside, I might have struggled to work out that it needed assembling as a whole. What a wonderful bunch we are. Thanks again Chris.

I now have the posts, but the ones I have ordered are not threaded. Do I need to take any precautions to avoid splitting the post when fitting them to the plastic?
