STTNG - ball gets stuck in warp ramp/spinner shot

Hi there,

I've got a problem with my (first) new STTNG table- when you shoot the ball up the warp ramp on the left it gets stuck in the ramp, it's ok when give it bit of oomph but gets stuck with a mild shot.

It's kinda annoying as the spinner shot is a good point earner.

I took off the Borg ship to have a look but don't really want to break anything :S

Would appreciate any help or if someone can recommend a repairman near London would be happy to pay

Looks like the stainless steel guide rail is not upright. You can see it's not parallel to the adjacent post. You should be able to bend it backwards without any damage.
