Hi all

Bit of a noob question, but what do you think is causing this sticky flipper? It works fine when first powered on, but after about 30 mins the flipper starts sticking....see quick video attached. Eventually it will just stick in the up position and not go back until I push it back down.

That's called 'binding' when it happens with use as it heats up. You need to loosen the nut and move the flipper vertically a couple of mm. Should fix it.

What Dan means is that there is not enough lateral clearance either side of the playfield bushing. There should be slight lift. If not when things warm up the mechanics bind against the playfield bushing. So loosen the flipper clamp half a turn and tap the flipper shaft back though so that there is a slight gap evident between the flipper pawl and bearing. Retighten clamp.
