Found it! Stern warning sticker

Anyone know where to get a replacement yellow warning sticker for the modern sterns , got a rip on the back of one of mine would like to replace we a new one if available thanks

I can also make them but will need scan or some photo.

I've manage to run my large vinyl printer so can reproduce stickers now.
