Stern TMNT pro not powering up (update - it's back :) )

UPDATE Many thanks to @mufcmufc for the rapid tech support. Reseated the SD card and... it's back!

First Stern Spike 2 for me, so not sure where to start. Was playing fine, then had a few games where the sound stopped intermittently. Then powered off and back on and…. nothing. No playfield lights, no audio, no lcd. Got a bunch of leds on on the CPU board and the power board, but I don’t know enough to know if any are off that should be on.
Any tips gratefully received

@johnh I've text you as well but check there's no loose connectors as I've never had it do this while I owned it so assume something has worked loose in transit. I'd also check that the SD card is properly located as well
