Hi everyone!! I have a stern tmnt that is always registering on door open and is cutting power to the field. The interlock switch looks ok but doesn't respond when I pull it. I tried jumping the two connectors but nothing either. This is where my expertise end, does anyone know what the next trouble shoot steps could be?

Other end of the cables on the switch and continuity through them.

You can remove the switch easily with pf up and see why is isint pulling out (or maybe its stuck out constant and won't close back in if it shifting back a bit)

Look at the manual and see where the wires connect to the node board. Try wiggling the wires at the connector on the node board. If it registers then probably a broken pin in the connector housing.

I’ve had to replace loads of these - right PITA!

Ok so after messing around I found where the wires go to. They go to this board, when I re seated the cn4 and cn5 connectors the bug seems to have been fixed. It registers the interlock switch and it works.

I am wondering though, this machine has less than 200 games on it. How can these connectors lose contact like this? I have never touched them and it looks brand new.1000001805.webp
