Star Trek ball sticking

anyone else have this issue on their Stern Star Trek? Ball sometimes stops by the last pop bumper and the rubber

Happens on my WPT - is there a fix other than wait for ball search?

Happens on my IM every now and again and a fair bit on my old WPT, always found a good slap on the upper cabinet area freed it up
